Aluminium Driveway Gate Installation

This customer reached out to us wanting a single contractor who could get all the work needed done. He wanted a lot of work doing. Nine fence panels were installed alongside a fully welded aluminium sliding gate, a post box and an audio intercom for remote access to his property.

After the quote was accepted we got to work talking through the design with him until he decided on slatted fencing and a modern infilled gate with a frosted glass panel.

Both the fencing and the gate was powder-coated anthracite Gray adding to the contemporary style.

T&Cs were signed and we got straight to work.

 

The Fabrication

After the quotation was approved we drafted the gates to precise specifications as part of our made-to-measure service, before beginning fabrication and profiling at our Tuxford workshop.

We constructed the frame using aluminium box sections fabricating the cantilever gate to exact measurements. Heavy-section posts were also fabricated and fencing also. Once the metalwork was complete, we sanded the frame to automotive standards to achieve an exceptionally smooth finish perfect and necessary for when powder coating.

Once dry the gates were moved into our finishing booth where they were test fitted and adjusted before all composite boards were cut to size and inserted. The Sliding Gate was now ready to be sent to site.

 

The Automation

Our electric sliding gates come standard with high-performance above-ground motors. We meticulously select each motor based on the specific weight and dimensions of your gates to ensure long-term reliability.

 

Gate Safety

We prioritize a safety-first approach. Our cantilever driveway gates are always fitted with the top off the market carriages and tracks for smooth and safe running.

To complete the safety, we install wall-mounted photocells and a high-grade GSM system, providing both security and convenient remote access for the user.

 

The Gate Installation

Efficiency and quality are the hallmarks of our installation process. Once our expert installers arrived on-site, the posts were set, the automation was calibrated, and the gates were hung with precision.

Our in-house groundworkers managed all necessary site alterations, ensuring the driveway and entrance were left in pristine condition. The installation was completed well ahead of the deadline and, as always, executed to the highest industry standards.
